During your first visit, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the check-in process. After a brief consultation to understand your preferences, you can relax in our serene waiting area before your treatment begins. Our therapists will ensure you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have about the services.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to fill out any necessary forms, relax, and settle into the tranquil spa environment before your treatment begins.

For most treatments, you’ll be provided with a robe and disposable undergarments, so you can comfortably disrobe. For massages or facials, you’ll be draped with a towel, and only the area being treated will be exposed. Feel free to ask your therapist if you have any concerns about your clothing during a treatment.

Our treatments are generally safe for most people, but it’s important to inform your therapist of any health conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. If you’re pregnant or have a specific medical condition, please consult with your doctor before booking certain treatments, and we can suggest alternatives that will be more suitable for you.

The frequency of spa visits depends on your personal wellness goals. Regular visits (once a month or every few weeks) can help maintain relaxation, improve skin health, and promote overall well-being.
